After further inspection (Taking a Q-tip and swabbing the fill neck on the radiator fill neck) it doesn’t appear to be metal, it’s like some sort of film that coagulated in the neck and would break apart easily.The water/oil pump 'fault' is a K67 thing, is yours a K67? AgreedI think I used the same kit and the nose came out spot on. But the bike is not matte. Took a while though. If anything, they could have added more pieces for the pillion seat cover, ie the top. Instead you get pointless pieces.
