If you own a 2015+ this is probably worth the 99p to rent/watch.
Interesting fact so far - from the factory it comes with no pre-load so no wonder people struggle till they see a suspension tuner.

who does work on DDC in this country
I would highly recommend MCT Suspension for any DDC work.
Hi I've got the same problem, I too weigh 75kg and mct is close too me, do you mind telling me how much the work cost? Did you have to supply the springs or did mct sort everything? CheersI agree with Ryan on this. I've just had my DDC suspension springs changed by Darren, the owner at MCT. He allowed me to "hover" over him while he carried out the work. Very informative it was too! He explained each step as he did the work. I had a softer rear shock spring fitted at the same time as the softer fronts, courtesy of Alpha Racing in Germany. I weigh in at 75kg all kitted out and couldn't achieve the rider sag recommended in the rider's handbook. The front and rear spring pre-load adjusters on my bike were also wound fully out and because the 2015 S1000RR is set up from the factory for a rider of 85kg I had nowhere to go in terms of softening things up. I think the HP4 is different in this regard as the bike is set up for a rider of 75kg. Darren also made some adjustments to the air gaps within the forks. After the suspension work was completed, he bounced the bike up and down on the front and I have to say that I've never seen the forks move that much since I've owned the bike! He set the sag, front and rear and we've ended up with the required sag with front and rear pre-load adjusters 2 lines in, so now I have the option of stiffening or SOFTENING the suspension if i need to, an option I never had before. In closing I would like to add that after the pre-load was set, I calibrated the DDC with no issues. After I got the bike home I managed a short ride out to assess the feel of things. First impressions are that it is a vast improvement over the very hard ride I have always complained of. I need some hot sunny days now to give it a proper work out, but I'm fairly confident that I'll at last be 100% happy with the set up.
Great stuff RR! Glad you've gotten some where with your setup which has lead to more enjoyment.

I can only dream of weighing in at 75kilo so at 110 kilo I shouldn't have a problem with standard springs.
