SuperBike of the Year (SBOTY)...........Ladies & Gentlemen its the BMW S1000RR. Stuck it right up the R1 as well!!!!

This has to be the best modification anyone can make to their S1000 for the track. As Steve Plater once said to me "The seat ain't there for sitting on". Stronger legs means more weight carried lower in the bike with easier hanging off. 10kgs also lost since Jan means a whole load of blubber...

I've heard through posts on this site about Software/Firmware updates on the 15 RR. Booked 2nd service at the weekend and enquired about these updates. The dealer service dept was unaware about any updates at all. can any one shed any light on this matter?

Made the most of the weather today and went out for a ride, about 60 miles in total. Mucking around with the Cruise control, i noticed that if you push the throttle against the stop it takes it out of Cruise. Previously i have been knocking the Cruise slider off, dabbing the brakes or pulling...

Loved every minute with the BMW to be honest, far exceeded my expectations and looking forward to 2016. Epic moment has to be lapping the Almeria race track in Sept.
