Hi Soof, its in Malaysia near Kuala Lumpur. Unbelievably they have the same 70 MPH speed limit on the National Expressway as we do. The other "Motorways" have limits of 60 or 55.
What they do have are motorcycle shelters due to the monsoon rain they experience, they allow bikes to stop under all bridges and have built shelters where there is a shortage of bridges.

Not defending the riding but looks like the car / van drivers etc have similar lane discipline as the UK. Hardly anyone using the inside lane!
Way back in my student days, I had a girlfriend from Malaysia. She told me that they had a two-tier driving test system - if you paid the 'higher fee' you were guaranteed to pass, but if you were stupid and only paid the lower fee, you would fail if your driving wasn't good enough and you would get nothing for your money.
