WheelBase / Swing Arm Measurements - Idiots Guide Please...

Hi Guys, sorry for the idiotic questions but in the process of messing around with gearing on my Gen3.

How do you guys measure the wheelbase?

Swingarm pivot to rear wheel centre or Wheel to Wheel?

Guessing bike needs to off the paddock standards but with me sitting on it or not?

Also, what is the safe range for the above measurements?

Have the ability to change either front or rear sprockets to save changing my chain length.

Centre of swingarm pivot to centre of axle.
608-612mm is a good range on the Gen 3
