What chain/dislock combo do you have?

Hi all,

Think its time i update my security with some new fresh stuff.

What are you guys using?

Im looking for the mid to higher end of stuff.....not fussed about lightweight etc as its for whilst the bike is sat in the garage.

A new disclock at minumum & maybe a groundanchor & chain too.

Share what you have/recommendations.

Almax for me too.
I use an Oxford Monster Disc Lock out and about.

At home it's double locked in the garage, car in front, when I'm out i contact tracker when I leave it and again when I get back on.

I always put a padlock style disco lock through the rear sprocket too.

I have 4 bikes chained together with the 4m version. Makes other locks and chains look like a piece of string

Not sure I could lift a 4m chain!! [emoji1787]


OP: 16mm is the smallest to use at home. 19mm preferably or this 22mm beast. You're defeating opportunists and delaying professionals

It weighs a ton. Even threading it through each wheel is difficult. It's mighty expensive, but as I lock 4 bikes with it, cost per bike is reasonable

I went ahead and bought this quite a heavy combo. Will look to sorting a ground anchor soon.

Also worked out that mine has a BMW factory alarm.
