By the way.. I was going to stick that rear Axle nut on... but its a pretty thing.. I noticed that its 32 instead of the std 34 mil hex... is the Gilles or any other make smaller too ?.. it spins on fine so the pitch is bang on... it still sits on my mantlepiece 😀

I think 32 is what the Gilles is. I'll check mine in the morning as I can't remember just now but it's definitely a smaller size.

Love they roads and up to Fort William. I've got connections down Campbeltown so I love hitting that route when I can if the weather's good, saying that I've done it in the pissing rain and still had loads of fun.
Heard the weather's been good back home 😊
My bikes still fucked but at least it's gave me a chance to have the suspension fully serviced

I was led to believe that 34mm was not a common size found in socket kits so the after market axle nuts are made in 32mm but that could just be a guess by someone, i suspect though that 32mm is a smaller and lighter piece of turned metal
