Hello,
I know this is not at all original and has been done many times but...
I am after a set of Tyco fairings for my gen 1 s1000rr, does anyone know of a website that sells fairings with all the Tyco details already in place or do you have too buy a sticker kit and do it yourself?
its a track bike so don't need all the cut its for various lights etc.
any help or information would be greatly appreciated!
thanks in advance.
Josh.

Cheers for the link man!
I was a little shocked at the price of the Tyco kit though at ?1700! I think it looks good but that is pretty expensive.

Replica Race Fairings

I would personally just buy a set of race fairings from the likes of alpha Racing, CRC or Carbonin and then purchase a Tyco decal kit.

Yeah I think that's the most cost effective way of doing it, it's only a track bike so I'm more than likely going too come off sooner or later anyway :p

You don't happen too know if the 2015 fairings would fit onto the gen 1 mounting points? Or have bmw changed the frame over the years?

If you want a cheap version (nothing wrong with that, I have in the past) you could try sbkmotoworks out of china/hk. They do any design you want.

I have got a redundant set of alpha track fairings with seat etc that could do with a new home. I bought them second hand 2 years ago and have never used them. They are for a gen 2 so should fit a gen 1?

Thanks for the comments! How much would you be looking for the alpha set? Does it include all fasteners and screen etc?

I never used the set but the vendor told me it came with everything. There is a screen and two seats, I will pop up a pic. I paid ?600 for them but would be happy with half that. Postage will be a few quid so collection would be welcome if you didnt want to pay carriage.
