Need to contact datatool, either through their website or giving them a call. Make sure you explain about the years free manufacturers cover. They still took my subscription, so had to ring and get it refunded. Then get the datatool app

Go on the website and use the account credentials the dealer sent you when the tracker was activated. Log in, click through to buy and you will get a code to use at checkout which gives you the first year free.

The dealer should have given you the 2 fobs and a code, that you may contact Scorpian to quote and activate.
