He said he has just heard that previous owner from germany had it written off and thats why its never been re registered back here in uk , If its been written off in germany would it show up on HPI check in uk

The plot just keeps getting thicker and thicker . So he's removed the listing because it's Stolen then ?

I wouldnt risk it mate. Get ur sen to a dealer. A few saved quid now could cost u alot of bother in the future. If the purchase tax hasnt been paid i believe your liable to pay 8% of the bikes value plus 20% tax which is gonna get costly. Dont quote me on that though im no expert.
This 1 sounds dodgy as to me

Hi guys I've had a few conversations with the guy selling this hp4 and it's from Germany where it was written off and brought over here to be used a a track bike.I think he's ended the auction because I have a friend going to view the bike tomorrow with the intention of purchasing it as a track only bike

He could have just stated that in the add I still think there is something fishy
