is there any way for a friend to know what a bike he's going to buy has from the reg or vin number ?

Whats that cos my bike aint got no alarm system fitted as far as i know

As far as I know this one is pretty accurate, you sure you don't have one haha

The alarm on the Gen 3 does not have a fob. The alarm is under the pillion seat/cowl if it is fitted. If it is fitted and doesn't automatically arm 30s after removing the ignition key, the Owner's Manual tells you how to activate it.
