Short Levers + Quickshifter

Hi

I fitted some shorter levers to my 2010 S1000RR today and the quick shifter doesn't work anymore?

I have had a look on youtube and there is a video where someone undoes a screw on the bottom of the switch and rotates a plate around - would this fix it?

Someone else has said about taking something off the old lever and moving it to the new one - any ideas what I would need to take off/how?

did you remove the long metal tab (like a very small lever) from the original lever and put onto your new lever? it's needed to activate the micro switch on the clutch for the q/s to work

No I didn't - I've moved that across today and everything is fine now!
