I had a standard cast rear wheel replaced on my 2020 s1000rr 18 months ago after a hairline crack was discovered in the outer edge of the rim.
I've just had the rear tyre replaced today and the replacement wheel is very slightly out of true, there are no signs of impact damage and the wheel was balanced without a problem. Is this something I should be concerned about and has anybody else had problems with their wheels? I've never hit any potholes of any significance as far as I'm aware, although the original wheel did have a very slight flat spot on the rim where the crack was which is why BMW wouldn't replace it under warranty.
