s1000rr 2012 engine oil

hello could anyone give me advice what engine oil to put in plse its a 2012 will be used on track milage is 10,030 thanks

sorry i ment to say when i got the bike of my pal he was putting castrol 10 40w in it castrol power 1 semi. in between dealer service. im going to be giving it a oil and filter change as ive did a few track days on it. so should i start putting castrol racing in it. its only for track

I believe that stock is 5w40 thus I have put in Motul 300V 5w40 Double Ester Oil...as Ester bases are more reistant to shearing forces.
