Hi,
I brought my gen 3 as a track bike that had race brake lines fitted. I'm going to put it back on the road but as the brake light is wired to work from the pressure in the abs module I wondered if anyone had wired up the brake light using pressure switches in the banjo bolts of the front and rear master cylinders?

Regards
Kelvin.

When you upgrade to a different or after market front brake I usually find I have to use a pressure switch in the banjo bolt, which is a pain as the wires all get twisted and it sticks out a mile.

So I tried a pressure switch banjo washer. You put a normal copper washer either side and yes you lose a bit of the thread on the banjo bolt but it works. And they cost less than £10 on eBay

The spade connectors are the big ones. Here it is fitted to a Yamaha R1 4XV
