Race shift

it's looking like I will prob be doing more riding on track next year and I am looking to convert to race shift, rear sets can be configured to do this but was just wondering how people have set up quick shifter? is it possible to run the std shift assist, can it be reversed or is this not a option?? obviously I think a hm shifter would be the way forward but costly!

you cant go wrong with an HM, I use Attack perfomance rear sets very well made and can do both race and road shift pattern

I use the attack performance too and you can use the standard qs if you want as they reverse the shift direction before the qs rod if you get what I mean

cheers lads bike is currently on way back from portimao, but I'll have a better look when it's back! hopefully a cheap hm shifter might come up over the winter!!
