Hi, I'm looking at purchasing a M1000RR and most of the dealers I've spoken to (and Ducati dealers as well when looking at a V4R) say that I should take the bike to a specialist Suspension company and have the suspension professionally set up for type of riding etc.

I live just outside Cirencester in Gloucestershire, can anyone recommend any good companies that can do it for me?

Have you contacted either Tillet or MH?

I don't know either but they appear to be in your area with good reviews.
FWIW, I would replace the MRR suspension with KTech cartridges and DDS Pro shock all sprung to your weight, but I can appreciate that's a hard one to swallow when you've just spent ?????'s on the MRR in the first place but I doubt the OEM cartridges are very good as they are the ones off the non-DDC S1000RR (BMW expect race teams to junk the suspension).

K-Tech Suspension

DDS Pro shock

K-Tech do not make a DDS Pro shock for the M1000RR. The only shock available is the more expensive TRDS-R version. As for the OEM suspension that comes fitted as standard on the M? it?s absolutely rubbish.

They made a small batch for Phil Crowe but not sure if they would make them for Joe Public......... ?2.5k ish for the TRD is a bit much unless you are either loaded or race at a high level. I think Bitubo do a shock for around the same price as a DDS Pro.
