Oil change intervals

I was wondering how often do you change the oil and filter? Obviously i would use a genuine BMW oil filter and was looking at Motul 5/40 fully synthetic oil. Or do you just stick to the manufactures service intervals or do extra oil changes?

I change my oil every 3 or 4 trackdays.

Depends how hard you push the bike.

Can easily be every half year or 3-4 days

The way I do with my KTM is every 3-4k kms or when it becomes dirty in oil screen.
