Number plate

I've ordered a 7x5 plate illegal I know but can't get on with the standard monstrosity.To save me drilling it and to aid quick removal what would be the best thing to stick it to the tail tidy that would hold it in place.

3M double sided, as.long as theres sufficient surface area, did you get extenders with the tidy, if so I'd fit them..why you not drilling ?

Just taken the plate off and the surface area on the tidy is not that big so might have to just drill them after all.

You dont need a lot of 3m vhb tape to hold a plate in place, but perhaps a single screw just for safety would be sensible?

Where do you get this tape from do the hardware shops sell it soof ?
