No ABS Pro in User Mode?

After spending a week last year confidently trail braking to every apex in the Alps safe in the knowledge that ABS Pro would catch me if I cocked it up I've just read in a BMW Owners Manual that it deactivates in User Mode, which I use!

Yes, really. Guess you didn't need it!
It gets deactivated cause it wasn't mature in 2015. Its only now getting to track modes (User was dropped)

Fair enough it was early days (I had it added by my dealer in 2016) but they should have told me that it's not always turned on! Jeez.

Shame because I like tweaking the settings when the going gets good but so long as I know the deal it's fine.

Funny because I was seriously piling into corners on the brakes telling myself it couldn't go wrong lol
