Hi, I'm Andy, live in Surrey and recently purchased a '13 s1000rr after 8 (long) years without a bike. Bought it a bit spur of the moment about 2 months ago and love it.
Fingers crossed for an extended summer.

Thanks Mac, I did consider it but to be honest I'm glad I didn't, the BM is so easy to ride, it was almost as if I'd never been away.

Hello Mate,

Only had a couple of run outs so far, no where special. Seems to be dry all week and wet at the weekend at the moment I use it everyday to commute so unfortunately most of my riding is into london on the motorway.

Hi Andy, welcome to the site, your bike is what brought me into Sportsbikes in 2012, I love this paint scheme. Yours is the dogs dangle bits but would be much better with the winglets pointing the right way. I wouldn't be able to sleep with them like that. My Dad thinks I have OC-DC as he calls it. LOL

Neither at the moment, I am planning a pcv and a custom map at some point.
