Hi all, First time on a forum, just bought a 2012 s1000 pick it up on Friday and cant wait. used to have a GSXR 750 but spectacularly destroyed it last year on the A82, so decided to upgrade. I will use it mainly for commuting and weekend blasts through central and west Scotland. Looking forward to getting some help and advice.

just past the Ardlui hotel. hit a patch of mud on a wet road. did a bit of an overhead flip then slid on my arse for what felt like a long time until a bush came to my rescue:cower:. I was fine, same can't be said of the bike.
