I cannot see the problem with it, keep off the phone, simples ..... If you want to drive, put yr belt on.
It all makes sense, no-one was happy when law made helmets compulsory but head injuries declined, same as seatbelts ....
I'll have to roll my cigarettes before I leave now :grumpy:
