Loss of a Friend speeds up search for a new Steed

Hi Guys,

My name is Tom & im from Poole in Dorset. A month ago this coming sunday I lost my best mate of 15 years whilst we were out on our weekly sunday morning breakfast run to westbay in bridport.

My mate Daniel Jones' dream bike was always the S1000rr. So i am looking to get one in his memory so that he can share my rides with me in this way now he is no longer here.

Im sure i have rabbited on quite enough for the time being, but im sure i will gain lots of knowledge from you guys of common faults, deals, upgrades over the coming months in my quest to become the owner of an awesome S1000rr.

Thank you. Im not sure, depends how old he is as im a youngster and only know a few people in poole as im from blandford which is 15miles up the road from Poole.

Yeah it is quay night on a tuesday night. I didnt go tonight though as we did a memorial rideout on monday evening. 170 bikes involved riding from the quay to the crash site which is maiden newton past dorchester. We raised over £800 in 1 evening.

Now just need to start looking for the right bike.
