Hello guys,

I'm Nick and I'm about to purchase an S1000RR.
Still sourcing around for a near perfect unit where I live (Malaysia).
We normally get bikes that are imported from the UK.

Does anyone know whether I can retrofit the newer 2012 dash meter/cluster
nto an older model (2010,2011) ?

not sure on swopping the dashes over someone on here might , but welcome anyways

Not sure if dash is comparable but even if it is it may create issues with you mode selection,you will prob find it will be stuck in one mode and you won't be to change it, the dash has to be paired to the ecu and apparently only new dash instruments can be paired correctly, so unless your willing to spend some big money which I can't say I would I'd say no.
