or the crc fairing dont fit .

You could just heat wrap the header where needed

If it?s a full titanium system I would avoid wrapping any part of the exhaust.

If it's touching (or extremely close) the bellypan, no amount of heat shield will cure it.

I have a crc bellypan surplus which was modified before I took the cats off (2015)
