Gen 2 slip-on on a Gen 3?

Hey guys,

I've been holding out on a Yoshimura slip on for my 2015 gen 3 all summer and nothings come up for sale. I spotted the below the other day and like the look. Looks like a 10-14 Akra can fitted ti a gen 3. Has anyone here done this? What would be involved?

Looks great! any details on the setup? Is it a custom link pipe?

Would the Akra link pipe for a gen 3 do the job?

Not gonna lie, it's a Chinese pipe, came as a single piece, fits really well and carbon is 100%
I got it as I couldn't find one to fit the gen 3 that was a stubby

That's the only photo I can find of mine with the Yoshi, sounds great, even with the cat still on the bike

The gen 1/2 OE link pipe has a slightly larger outlet diameter than a gen 3 so incompatible....

I wanted to go the other way and fit a gen 3 can and link to a gen 2....
