Gen 2 rearsets to improve ride comfort

Hello folks,

I have a 2012 gen 2 and I've had knee problems after an ACL injury a few years ago. I noticed after only a short time on the bike, I'm finding my knee gets aggravated by the riding position.

it's the standard rear seats on the bike, and I've never bought aftermarket rearsets before. Do adjustable rearsets offer the ability to lower/forward the peg to put less stress on the knees?

I've been looking at PP tuning/Gilies/R&G adjustables.

I would say that rearsets are not going to help.
2 alternatives;
A BMW Comfort Seat (you may find one on eBay) or another solution to raise the seat height (adding padding/gel inserts). (https://www.bmw-motorrad-bohling.com/index.php/bmw-comfort-seat-s1000rr-k46-s1000r-k47-hp4-k42.html)
