Hi guys,

just wondering if the forged rims rims are wider than the standard cast wheels? Main reason being I'm looking at a 200 rear tyre rather than 190 that's on my cast rims.

thanks

For my 16 it checked out that the HP ones fitted are the same width as the cast ones.
I was checking two weeks ago as I was struggling to find decent road tyres in the 200 rear section & wanted 190.

190 is fitted now on HP rims no issues so 190 and 200s fit on both HP and standard rims

Cheers for that info westy. Out of interest what 190 tyre you go for buddy? Metzeler do a k3 racetek in the 200 I think?

I ride a 200/55 on my 2016 . Hp rim is 6 inch and standard 5.5 I pref the raised right of 200 tire in standard wheels seems to turn and much more front end feel for me . Not sure how the 190 will be on a 6.00 rim it was fine on my zx10
