Tbf ive never had to change my damper on the s1krr (road bike). I have had to stiffen up the track bike a touch over the yrs. Its the rear end i need to stabilize. I so need a slipper in the old 5vy r1

My damper is on 9 clicks out, basically off, had a couple of head shakes at Snetterton today but nothing too crazy.

The friend Arnold deffo changed tyre pressures but does need tuition. He scares himself out of committing to corners. I don't know the book pressures for Diablo Rosso 3's cold for track work.
