So ordered aftermarket exhaust (Racefit "black edition") & looking at the pics online the exhaust valve has been removed etc... (The 1 just below rear brake pedal)

just wondering if this causes any problems or errors etc..... & if any mods are rquired

The valve is removed the servo is under the back of the tank, you will no doubt remove the servo cables, just leave the servo connected to the loom and no errors.
 
Removing the rear valve servo cables doesn't cause any issues. With the standard system I let the valve turn so it was open and then removed the cables. It's purely there to reduce noise under about 4000rpm to get through EU regs. Locking it open doesn't make a huge difference anyhow.
 
Btw I have the racefit exhaust and its a great bit of kit I have full system and run without baffle , u can hear bike about a mile away lol keeps motorists on their toes lol
