Well, the bike came back in
one piece. Rolled back home in 5th.
Made a few drastic changes which sort of paid off.
From 3rd on grid into first by turn 1, holding the race quite comfortably until an out of the seat brown trouser moment saw us drop back through the pack.
Phil Crowe rode brilliant and deserved the win completely.
We shall try again tomorrow.

Phil posted that he had a good race with a couple of you guys up front.
Good result considering you were way off with set up yesterday

He is very talented, he dropped places getting sucked into our mistake, and rode right through and made all of the gap up, still putting in consistent 34's to the end.
His riding style is so different to everyone else, he rides so much corner speed it's unreal and amazing to watch, he can make those Dunlops work where others can't.

Bit cold this morning. Went out on warm up and someone went down after about 20 seconds on track into Craner. So no time to try a couple of sittings we planned.

Seb got a jump and Dave didn't even know he was first. A couple of minor errors here and there.
Think a 1.34.2 was our best but still went pink in sector 3 on lap 10 so we're somewhere near.
See what we can do this afternoon.
Crowey was on the hunt again too, hard work holding him off.
But a good race and decent finish.
Always room for improvement.

Good stuff mate, 1:34 is properly quick!

You must be pleased that the bike is capable of running at the front.

Im more of a 2.34 kinda guy

Trophies are nice to walk away with, but winding your mates up about it is much sweeter :):)

A couple of pics.

You need to book in for a bit of development training.
Give me a buzz sometime. We could get that to at least a 2.30 :devilish:
I definatly need it. I was chatting with philip hyde who instructs at donny on 2 wheels although he is more of a 3 wheel guy. Hes offered me some help. When i say 2.34 its not quite that bad but its around the 2.00 - 2.10 at donny.
