Db killer

I went to Cadwell park for a noise check this weekend in prep for a track day. On testing the Arrow system came in at 109db where can I get a db killer? I need to get it down to 105 it's the loudest pipe I've ever had I need to wear plugs! I'm getting the fueling sorted soon because it's a bit lumpy will this effect the noise.
