Unacceptable really if someone had changed the filter recently but they didn?t bothered doing the whole job properly.

Recently, BMW dealer refitted rear wheel (S1000RR) and they didn?t adjust the brake line and ABS sensor line so was rubbing on hot rear exhaust/slip-on!?quick in and out.
