Brake pads - how long?

I'm surprised they only lasted 3400 miles, there's about 20% left maybe but a vibration is setting in on hard use at speed. I wouldn't want to use them again on a trackday. Is that about normal?

Ive a flutter on the lever applying the fronts from high speed..theres a mammoth thread on here about this.. the front discs float so im taking it now as a normal characteristic... any images ?

This feels more like a rapid but slight vibration through the forks, I thought the pads were the most likely culprit as they're well used and probably unevenly worn. I'll get a good look when the new ones go in. The lever feels fine. Epic brakes though.

Brakes are **** hot...fire some images on when you pull out the pads
