Hi all, just wondered if anyone can help, picked my HP4 up today and can't get the baffle out, removed the Alan key bolt but still won't come out. Also no stickers, or tank pad, which I was under the impression came with it. Can anyone help?

Stickers and tank pad come in a plastic envelope/bag with the bike from the factory. The dealer will have it I guess, that is how mine arrived....I watched them unload it.

don't know if that'll help...only circa an inch that holds her in...I used plenty of cloth and a pipe wrench and wriggled it a tad. ran with them in for 1st tank of fuel then out, sounds so much crisper!!

(should be a baffle pic with this reply but 1st time photo bucket used)

Baffle - thought mine sounded good, any chance of you doing a YouTube with no baffle to hear it?

Stickers/Decal - dealer gave me the choice of having the decal set applied or supplied (both foc) with the bike.

Removing baffle, mine came out by putting fingers inside and wriggling it about, is your HP4 the carbon version.

Yes mine is Carbon, still can't get the baffle out, I've pulled and wriggled, squirted WD 40 but it wont budge, think I will have to get it removed when I get the first service.

Hadn't thought about it before, but thought i would give it a go after seeing your thread. Mine came straight out with no resistance and sounds much better, crisp and louder but not over the top.

Got it out at last, BMW told me it would have had a spot weld on the baffle

I don't wear ear plugs and mine was getting on my nerves at slow speeds, so put it back in.
