Hi folks

I have just signed for a new 1000RR to pick it up in a couple of week and will be looking to trade in the "old" one (64 plate).

Was just wondering if anyone could confirm if any of the parts that I remove from my old one will fit the new one? (If not, I'll get them up here for sale in due course).

So I have.....

Akro Exhaust (almost certainly a no)
Wunderlich brake and clutch levers
Helibars
Rider Foot Pegs (Bolt on resplacements for useless when wet originals - not full Rearsets)
RandG Tail tidy
R&G Radiator and Oil Cooler guard

Thanks
Neil

I'd be interested too as I will have to go through the same process at somepoint. I'd rather move the parts rather than sell them. Wheels included.

In your case I'm fairly sure pegs are universal. Can't see why the helibars wouldn't...guards too. But suspect with cruise control the levers wouldn't.
Exhaust header ports are smaller on the new bike. So you would need new headers at the very least.

Assume this old 64 plater is a gen 2 as I have an equally old 64 plate gen 3 :)

Ah good point - Yes this is a reaaaallly old 64 plate GEN 2 (Sep 2014) :)

Does that change any of the responses?
Cheers
