For a OEM BMW wheel is the size I need 11.3 or 8.3?

11.3mm. I bought these German ones in Blue for my forged rims, quality is excellent.

Small dab of medium loctite is advisable.

No bother mate, their German made so manufactured to a good standard, lot of cheap chinese ones floating about, for all the extra cost I'd buy those..
