I sourced the belly pan; http://www.ilmberger-carbon.de/web.aspx?PageID=29&WPParams=50C9D4C6C5D2E6BDA5A98697A3 from Calsport but I saw on the box they got it through Performance Parts Ltd - Part number is VEU.356.S1R15.K you also need the fitting kit VHK.351.S1R15.K.

If you want to make a neat job of fitting it, you'll see (some pages back) I've chopped the rad shroud to make it fit the racing belly pan (I have a spare shroud to return to OEM).With that belly pan you might want to stick with Ilmberger for the other parts and not mix like I have.

You'll see the frame and swing arm covers in here; give the part numbers to your chosen vendor

If you still want Alpha like mine, as they are cheaper and they do fit very well, PrimeFactors will source them and give you a forum discount.

Under ground carpark with no running water is challenging.

Washed it with Meguirs NXT 2 buckets method. Lambs wool mits.
Rinsed using a 3rd clean bucket and jug.
Dried with microfibre towels.

Polished by hand using an applicator pad with Meguirs Deep Crystal Step 2.
Cleaned off with microfibre towels.

R222 Carnuba Wax applied literally by hand.
Excess cleared off by Microfibre towels.

I need to get one of those pressure jugs to rinse it with...
I miss being able to snow foam it :)

Still is a serious cleaning process Alex. No wonder it shines
Have you ever used any cleaning wipes i.e. Vulcan wipes to maintain fairings and make the ease of cleaning both convenient by time and effort?

Similar to yourself a wash is difficult; I now have a 50 metre extension and 40 metre hose to just about reach the bike!
If the bikes in stated underground car park how do you mitigate security concerns?

Cheers

Not tried any wipes, I tend to wipe it down with MucOff when not doing it properly.

WRT Insurance: The Underground CP is for residents only. It's gated. You cannot see vehicles from the road. It's on CCTV. There's 24hr security on site. And I have an Almax Immobiliser 3 chain & BikeTrac on it.

I explained all this to BeMoto and they were able to use this data and get me a sensible quote. Going though comparison sites they have 4 options; road, drive, brick garage, public car park. None of which match my situation. So to avoid lying I called a broker and let them set the risk level based on that data.

IMO it is in a safer place than 99% of bikes out there.

Glad to see BeMoto have also been of use to you too as well as many of the forum.

Do you have any understanding of what made more difference to the safety aspect of the insurance - the 16mm chain or the tracker??

Since I took out my insurance Ive invested in both a 19mm and 16mm Pragmasis + keyed alike + Squire CS65 used with an anchor.
I have never done the tracker route & would appreciate if you know what difference it might of made on cost as I know its hard to beat for piece of mind security.

I've no real idea. What they said was 2 forms of defence should be in use at anyone time. So a disc lock and the tracker on my travels are = to the monster chain @ home.

Passed 3000miles on my '17 this weekend.

Bit of timely TLC due on Tuesday :)

Still here. But good. Have enough for a good write up.
Headlines are 195/88 rwhp/trq.
Hoping though its the drivability which is further refined with the midrange being fattened out.

Pulled 180/83 without the RapidBike on
