I've just spent well over 200 hours sorting my Gen 4 and thought I'd finished working on my BMW and then my mate sends me a 1920 piece Lego model of the M1000RR. Some peoples sense of humour eh... :neglected: Plus I've got my Gen 3 to put back to std and sell....

Yep I?ve learnt that I?ve got really good mates with the shit I?ve been through in the last 5 years and they weren?t the ones I thought as my closest mates. ?

I was half drunk one night and thought about buying this same model.. there was a video showing the finished article and it was just incredible.

It wasn't quite 700 quid, then I sobered up and remembered how shite I was at building Airfix models when I was a lad.. fingerprints from glue on the parts and paint all over the place...

I'll need to look up the video, the detail is unbelievable [emoji108]

Jamie,

Fantastic with the lego kit. You're a lucky lad!

I have a v4 from last Christmas I'm still to build (as I know the Ducati's beauty would tempt me away from our Gen 4's!)

I?ve got two of them, anniversario and final edition. They are 1/4 scale

Did you build them up and paint them ?..

They come pre painted but I added extra detail like painting screws silver and adding weathering (oil stains, blueing on the exhausts)
