6k service

Hi guys

Can anyone tell me why my local dealer wants ?270 for a 6 service , seems steep to me and also can i have it serviced at a different dealer than BMW

I paid ?240 for my 6k service and that was due to it also needing a brake fluid change as they didn't have a record of it having been done, just had an annual service last month and it cost ?140

That is steep Ziggy but depends where you're in the country I suppose. I've just had my 12 month service done including the brake fluid for ?190. However I am in the north east. [emoji848]

You can have it serviced at any VAT registered workshop to keep warranty valid, doesn't have to be BMW. If you go Indy best to choose a BMW specialist as they will have a diagnostic tool.
