If your build date is after July 2021 then software tuning is not possible for now.

The 2017 was locked too when they upgraded the ECU...

Give it time. And also take the news with a pinch of salt, especially the EU as bad as US map arm waving.

A baffle in Full Akra on my Euro4 KTM SuperDuke 1290 was locked too.

I had to learn how to use rivet and heat guns and it was all good.

Pcv still work with all these. No issue

aren't all the gen3/4 ecu's locked anyway?until the rck kit is purchased

Dave woods got into the ecu on my 4 no problem.

Was yours built after July 2021? Multiple tuners have confirmed they are locked.
Interested to see how fast they can work things out.
