17 cat removal

Hi, will decat pipe (i.e. Cat removal) send up an engine error code? Heard different things on this one? If you know a way round this then let me know guys, thanks M

You will not get any error codes if you only remove cat...

You need to leave the servos on too. Tie up the cables or get a servo buddy

No '17 option.
The '17 ECU and all it's trickery is going to take time to overcome. You can't expect it all in the launch year.

USA distributor shows a '17 model available with same SKU number as that shown in above link so may be worth an enquiry.

Would really like to know how you get on removing the rear servo. I have read several times that it is a major PITA.:grief:

Exhaust Servos

The front exhaust servo is located at the headers and is easy to disconnect. The rear is nestled down behind the brake fluid reservoir, near the swingarm pivot. It is an absolute pain to access, disconnect and remove from the bike.
