Build quality terrible , felt like loads power at bottom but really wasn't going fast 85 mph felt like 120 were as 120 on beema feels like 60 , was ok bike just no were near same league as sk1

Anyone else test ride the gsxr 2017 ? I had a go and felt ten years behind the s1000rr !

I pref the 200 feel like raised rear of the bike

Harris racing were great on my zx10 I've just kept standard on my s1000 until they snap

After coming off a zx10 I hated my s1000 so much I tried to sell. It straight away , front end feel was non existent felt like I had to use the rear to steer . After sticking with it putting decent tires on 200/55 rear also , setting say to min not max ie 8mm I find the stiffer actually softens...

I called them after a message to call them regarding a new bike I'm still waiting but sane old story from every bm dealer I've ever dealt with Shame as great bikes **** dealerships

Were they the new or old style ?

I'm using diamond read sets I was sceptical at price but thought if goes down on track spare easy and cheap . I was amazed at quality love them esp for ?150 and freer break gaurd worth ?40

I ride a 200/55 on my 2016 . Hp rim is 6 inch and standard 5.5 I pref the raised right of 200 tire in standard wheels seems to turn and much more front end feel for me . Not sure how the 190 will be on a 6.00 rim it was fine on my zx10

My 2015 zx10 had light on al the time with ****** steering damper that never worked tank slap city

11000 m on my gen 3 since April only warranty been new head stock bearings ! I'd keep it until warranty is up then shift it will still be valued at 11k then and at least u will have had good use . My only gripe is not happy with bm dealerships bike is great

If you opt for a softer Spring will it have enough force to return the fork leg at fast enough return for ddc to work properly

My first sk1 Had no abs or traction loved it . I now have a Feb 3 fully loaded rode it with everything of and on tbh on the road I'm not pushing hard enough to notice , I v e his mud and slid traction never interfered . But on track were bike comes into its own for me ride in race with throttle...

New alpine star stuff is crap cheaply made be nothing like the older kit you have seriously I'd choose brand like held . As for one or 2 piece , I wear one as pref to feel like I'm held together if was more casual rider and less track days id choose 2 piece
