Cheers . No where near those readings. One phase 6v and the other 2 are about 20v at 4K. Tick over 11v for the 2 and below 5v for the lower. Looks like one coils burnt out. It would explain charging issues Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Get an old mountain bike inner tube. Remove sprocket carrier. Cut about 1inch to 1 1/2 inch length of inner tube and stretch over the carrier hub prongs. The bits that fit into the Cush drives. A bit of silicone spray helps to fit and problem solved. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If it?s the thread pitch on the bolt you would identify it after trying different bolts from the new batch. Have you done this? It the batch of bolts thread was wrong then the same issue would be seen in other holes. Overlay a new and old bolt the threads should interlock. If they done thread...

Yep did it to tick the box. Set DTC to sport if I remember. It?s wild to say the least. It took me a couple of goes to get the clutch release smooth as they are a bit grabby at the heigh rpms. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
