Hello all.

I'm booked in next week after a call from Chandlers / Brighton. Offering a free once over before my warranty expires, to check all recalls are carried out.

I had the switch gear done but are there other 'official' issues i should ensure are done before D day?

Has anyone had the exhaust / valves replaced? My whole system is rusty and on start up the manifold valve rattles like mad...

Cheers!

If you do a lot of miles, what's the cost of extending the warranty? Just a thought.

Holy cow.
As long as your service book is stamped if they ever find something fails unexpectedly then they will generally help with the cost of parts, even if out of warranty.

yeah. That's ok.

So other than switch gear. Anything to makes sure is done?

-Cush drives? I've heard stuff about..

Is there a web page noting all official recalls?

Ta for any help.

Cush drive would be in the consumables bracket in my mind. I'd be wanting the engine/exhaust checked - valve operation. Headstock bearings.

Cush drives can be done inside warranty but will depend on dealership
