I didn't pay much attention at Snet the other day(it was cold)but I think he said 96db.

Currently have an 1199S but getting fed up with failing noise tests so was thinking of a swap to the 1000RR so would be interested in any feedback on noise before going through all the hassle of a swap.
I have seen an older model around Castle Doom - any one here managed to get past the ret**ds on the end of the sound meter there? My Ducati measured 119db using their method!!!!

Silverstone measured it at 10500rpm last year...75% of max

Ouch - so is this another one unlikely to get much track time? I assume the limit was 105 or lower?
LOL ! It wasn't a standard can then which is why I had to change it. Sacrificed sound for track time...
Just read on v5, 99db static 79 drive by....

Probably best taken with a pinch of salt along with fuel consumption and HP claims.
Done 300mls now, returning 38mpg on the dash. That's working the box a lot and no motorway. Be interesting when its run in and ridden to find out sensible mpg (if I can hold it (me) back
