Right Hand mirror removal

I'm trying to take off my Right Hand mirror. You can undo the nuts on the inside of the fairing and the mirror comes off, but the cable for the indicator disappears behind the fairing. How do you get the cable off?.
I thought this would be straight forward so you can take them off for track use?

There's a section in the manual about it. IIRC, it's screen off, then remove the cover panel beneath, and then you can unplug the indicator wire under that.

Thanks HertsTif. I'll have a look. I can't believe you have to take the screen off to remove a mirror ffs!!

Just checked. Page 147, and yep, I was right on the processes, except one more step at the end, secure the holes left by the mirrors in the front fairing (ie blanking kit)

It was actually easier than I feared.
Mirror plugs - the 2 in the middle.
