I know that feeling. I used to be fast. Not now.

The older I get the faster I was.... :wink-new:

yeah, unfortunately none of UK TDOs run RBR, not sure why probably because its always packed with locals.

To be fair, UK TDOs (NL, TrackSense and FE) offer great selection. The biggest downside as I see is the Carnet thing, what goes out must come back in on the same truck.

1. NL doesnt allow to keep the bike in EU even if they can take it back on their truck at later date (even from same circuit)

2. Tracksense can ship the bike for Fall/Winter/Spring to Spain but doesnt allow to take it outside of Bike Promotion events in Spain

3. FE - no idea how their bike on holiday scheme works now. If they allow to keep the bike in Spain for 1 year (duration of Carnet) this is great, they become top choice.
for 60 euros they allow to take the bike from their storage, so it can be transported to any event of the choice.

If one wants to do Rehm events, but uneasy about transport/Covid, I would send and store it to Spain with FE, have Rehm pick it up at Carta/Almeria and transport on their truck to do summer events at Misano or RBR.

All this obviously needs to happen within 1 year duration of FE's Carnet. Again this is theory, not sure what their rules now.

Rehm are great, they run races, endurance and sprints.

I like NL (when Clair and Mark do the events) and Tracksense (Tony). Rehm are similar but more sporty oriented I would say. They attract faster crowd and wealthier crowd.

Plus free beer (that finished on photo unfortunately)

One thing that I missed on a previous post,

Nothing prevents one to run a van with a number plated bike to drop it off at Bike Promotions / Rehm and carry on from there.

I can't comment on UK/FR border crossing, but I did cross CH/IT border twice and no one cared as long as they saw a number plate.

Must have changed. used to be for their own events only
