recommended preload setup for 70kg rider?

hello,
just got a 2014 s1000rr and am looking for preload settings for the bike with a 70kg rider without riding gear?
any help appreciated.

I think the bike comes from the factory setup for 80kgs with gear on, is that close? Works for me but many say quite rightly it is down to how it feels for you.
